Common questions
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Anything from a 30-minute debugging session to a multi-month build. We work on greenfield products, rescues of things that went sideways, technical audits before a funding round, and architecture decisions you don't want to get wrong. If it involves writing or reviewing code, we can help.
How quickly can you start?
We respond to first messages within about 15 minutes on weekdays during business hours (06:00–24:00 CET). On weekends, expect up to an hour. You're not joining a queue — when you open a chat, a builder picks it up.
Do I work with the same person throughout the project?
Yes. You're connected to one builder, not handed off between team members. For longer engagements, we keep the same builder throughout so you're not re-briefing someone new every few days.
Can you take over a codebase someone else wrote?
Yes, and we do it often. We'll read the existing code, ask questions, and give you an honest assessment of what state it's in before agreeing to continue it. We don't take over a codebase just to tell you to rewrite everything.
What if the conversation doesn't help?
The first conversation is always free — if it doesn't help, you don't pay. For paid conversations, if the builder didn't solve the problem, reach out to hello@suportra.com and we'll make it right.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. All project details are treated as confidential by default, and we'll sign your NDA if you need one.
How is pricing structured?
Credit packs cover individual conversations — €20 each with a Starter pack, or €18 with a Pro Pack. For larger ongoing work with a named builder, we have subscription tiers starting at €1,500/month. The first conversation is always free — usually enough to figure out which structure fits your situation.
Are your builders available outside Europe?
Yes. Our builders are distributed across time zones and available globally. Business hours (06:00–24:00 CET) cover most of the world's working day. We have clients in North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
