Night window sessions (00:00–06:00 CET) require advance notice before 22:00 CET the preceding evening.
Common questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits remain on your account until used. There is no expiry date.
Can I top up mid-cycle?
Yes. You can purchase any package at any time. New credits are added to your existing balance.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing available on request for Executive plan holders.
What if my session is shorter than expected?
Credits are deducted based on actual duration logged by the admin after the session — not a flat hour.
