Open a chat

Log in and hit "Start Chat". Select the AI tool you're stuck on — Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude Code, or any other supported tool.

Describe your blocker

One free-text field. No categories, no forms, no ticket numbers. Describe what you're stuck on in plain language and hit send.

Builder connects

A vetted senior builder responds. Average first response: ~15 min during business hours. A real human — not a bot — who lives in the AI-tool stack and will tell you when you're going the wrong way.

Solve in real-time

Chat, paste code, share errors. The builder has judgment and context — they'll push back, suggest alternatives, and stay on it until the blocker is resolved.

Escalate to video if needed

The builder can generate a Google Meet link directly from chat — one click. Same builder, no rebriefing. Video sessions are billed separately at €240.

1 credit, charged at close

When you close the conversation, 1 credit is deducted from your balance. Soft 30-minute cap — your builder will check in and can extend for 1 more credit. No surprises mid-chat.
